The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you. The only information it handles is what you type into the contact form, and it does not keep that.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives the technical details your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver pages and protect the site from attack. The association does not use these details and does not have access to them in a form that identifies you.

Pages and their fonts and styles are served from this website only. No page loads anything from Google, Facebook or any advertising or analytics company.

The contact form

When you send a message, the form collects your name, your email address and your message.

To check that a person, not an automated program, is sending the message, the contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile. This is the only part of the website that loads anything from another address (challenges.cloudflare.com). Turnstile does not set tracking cookies.

Your message is emailed to the board through Resend, an email delivery service, and arrives in board members' inboxes. A board member replies from their own email account.

The website does not store your message, your name or your email address. Resend keeps a copy for a short time as part of delivering it, and the message then sits in board members' inboxes. The website itself keeps nothing.

This website sets no cookies. Because it sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is no cookie banner.
